Excellently tuned set for beginners, children and users, who want a compact, fast-set-up and valuable slackline kit. Our Starter slackline kit is characterized by excellent quality, high security, sophisticated details and robustness. The great features of 35 mm wide slackline webbing guarantee long-lasting fun when walking, surfing, bouncing and jumping.
The set is equipped with the indestructible 2 m long black round spansets. The TreeProtector Medium included in the kit ease the setup, are clearly visible and are very small pack size.

35 mm Wide Slackline Webbing
This slackline we have developed specifically for our starter kit. It has the perfect dynamic to feel comfortable on the line and a breaking load of 32 kN. The beginner-friendly width of 35 mm is perfect for the child's play easy start with slacklining. The standard-Slackline width of 25 mm may in the beginning be of something unpleasant under the feet, while 50 mm wide beginner lines tend to whobble arround the ankle and of course add a lot of weight to the set. The webbing has on one side a stitched and extra reinforced loop for easy attaching to the shackle.
Tensioning-System With Robust Ratchet
The slackline is tensioned with a high quality ratchet. With the 35mm inner width it perfectly complements our slackline. It has an extra-long 15cm lever for effective tightening, a strong, robust sprocket-jack unit, and a sewn and reinforced loop, as the slackline webbing. The ratchet has a breaking strength of 40 kN.
12 mm Shackle
These shackles are the optimal connectors for the starter kit. Their mouth width of 25 mm fits the sewn loops on ratchet and webbing, and on the shackle bows is more than enough space for the treeslings. With a breaking strength of 60 kN, the shackles have a high enough safety factor to be used in a longline setup if the lines that you walk are get longer and longer.
Slings
The set equipped with the indestructible 2 m long black round spansets. Spansets are very robust and inexpensive but not as variable to use.
Tree Protection
Consistent usage of proper treepro is indispensable. First of all to avoid damage on the trees but also to set a clear sign for the future of our sport in public parks. For this reason, every Aki Slackline kit comes with a tree protection. The function of the tree protection is divided into 2 areas: Firstly, the abrasion protection is ensured by a mat that is placed beneath the slings. Secondly the gentle pressure distribution is achieved through wide and fanned treeslings. Of course, every slackliner has to care for a sensible choice of trees.
