T-Loops are firmly sewn on the highline mainline webbing at certain intervals (30 to 50 m are common). The backup webbing can be attached to the T-Loops in between. With longer highlines, this reduces the potential drop height and shock loads that might occur. The Aki-T-Loops are individually optimized and tested for the respective webbing type. The loop is protected by a protective tube made of polyamide.
When ordering, please provide a more detailed description of where the T-Loops should be sewn and on which side of the mainline (use comment box in checkout). For the sewing I need about 2-3 days to schedule the work. Manufactured on a Brother BAS311-HN sewing machine using Amann Serabond sewing thread.
Average strength (rip off from mainline) at around 16 kN.

The backup webbing is only connected in between on the T-loops, the usual method here is a figure-eight knot in the backup webbing (Attention: consider high breaking load reduction by knots). The figure eight knot is attached in the T-Loop with an oval 8mm screw link. The backup webbing must be fully anchored to the respective end of the Highline using a secure method and protected against abrasion.
