Versatile, lightweight and rugged tubular nylon slackline. The soft touch and the great dynamic guarantee pure slacklining fun. Our Wave webbing is wonderful for surfing and bouncing, even on short lengths. Slacklining was born on tubular polyamide webbing. It has not lost any of its appeal since then.
The optional avaiulable sewn end loops have a high strength efficiency (21 kN) with this light (42 g/m) webbing.
The working load limit (WLL) is 4 kN, but this counts only in combination with Weblocks which guarantee a high breaking strength utilization (as Lynx 4 or Zilla 3). When using knots or even old chain link line lockers the WLL must be reduced accordingly significantly(<3 kN). As working load we understand the force in a slackline after tensioning when 1 person is standing still in the middle of the slackline. At higher lengths and larger pretensions the large elongation needs to be taken into account. This results in a larger tension and high stored potential energy.
Question: I want to buy a 30 meter long slackline. What do i put in the quantity field?
Answer: Please enter 30 in the quantity field and confirm with the "Add to shopping cart" button. We deliver you an 30 meter long continuous piece of slackline.
Question: I would like to order several pieces of the same webbing, how do I communicate the specific lengths?
Answer: If you would like to order several pieces of this webbing, please enter the individual lengths separately and confirm each with the "Add to shopping cart" button. The pieces are then listed separately in the shopping cart and we deliver them accordingly.
Question: Does Aki also offer sewn end loops?
Answer: Yes, we offer high quality and very strength efficient sewn end loops. On the webbing article page above the "Add to shopping cart" button you will find a quick selection of the appropriate end loop. Please tick and enter the number. One for an end loop sewn on one side, two for a end loop sewn on both sides. Please note that an end loop shortens the webbing by approx. 20 cm..
Question: Is the Wave Tube suitable for highlines?
Answer: Mind first our general note hat we officially do not sell slacklines for use in highlines, due to liability reasons and due to lack of standardization in the Slackline sport generally. Because of the low breaking strength of 21 kN unreinforced Wave Tube 25 should not used for Highlines.
