Shipping policy
1. National shipping within Germany
We ship in Germany with DHL and generally use the climate friendly shipping option GoGreen. The shipping costs depend on the weight of your package. Orders over 200 € qualify for free shipping. In general, all deliveries have a shipment tracking. A delivery tracking link will be provided to you via email.

2. International shipping within Europe and the World
We ship worldwide to all countries that are supplied by DHL and German Post. We exclusively use the DHL climate-friendly GoGreen shipping option. The shipment is delivered with the respective national postal company of the destination country.
Our shipping costs and shipping time are calculated according to the package weight and the country you want to ship to. Please find the respective zone for your country according to table 2 and find the detailed weight-dependent costs in table 3. Your package weight is calculated according to the product weight including packaging.
In general, all deliveries have a shipment tracking. A shipment tracking link will be send to via email. The postal company is also listed in the shipment tracking. If possible, we recommend using the more detailed shipment tracking via the UPU / Matchcode of the delivering postal service. You will get information about this in DHL tracking after the package has left Germany.
Attention: Particularly for Zones W1 to W4, longer process times of the customs authorities and inaccurate shipment tracking by the delivering postal company may lead to longer delivery times. We always try to make the best possible for you in these situations, but we need to point out these delays.

1. Shipping time - stated in working days according to DHL, the value is an average time and is sometimes subject to higher tolerances, especially for deliverys outside the European Union delays might happen due to varying transport methods and processing time in customs and tax departement of the respective country, in rare case the time is twice as long, please calculate with enough room and bring some patience.
2. Tax-free shipping - with import and arrival of the delivery in the destination country, possibly tariffs and taxes apply in the country, which are to be borne by you as the reciever of the delivery
