Aki Soft Thimble

The Aki Soft Thimble is a small thimble that can significantly increase the breaking load of a sewn end loop when using a soft shackle. A study has proven the effectiveness of this Aki innovation.

The Soft Thimble is made from Sonic II webbing, which is particularly rigid in the deflection. The Soft Thimble should be secured against slipping out sideways using tape in the end loop. It can be combined with all Aki sewn end loops if the use of soft shackles is planned.

The Soft Thimble is not compatible with 8mm screw links.
