Payment
Service is very important at Aki Slacklines. It goes without saying that we offer you a wide selection of different payment methods. The choice of the payment methods offered by us depending on your country. In the following, we list the possible payment methods with country allocation.
1. Prepayment
With prepayment (national / international Sepa bank transfer) you can pay from Germany and countries of the European Union free of charge. For these payment methods we grant you 1% discount on the value of your order. You transfer the invoice amount to our account in advance using our account data. As soon as the amount is credited to our account (transaction duration usually in Germany 1 day, in the EU and Switzerland about 2 days) we ship your order. For this we send you also a payment receipt confirmation email and a dispatch email.
For bank transfers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein, additional bank charges may apply. These fees are to be borne by you, otherwise the invoice amount is incomplete on our account.
We send you our banking details with the order confirmation.
2. Cash on delivery
We offer the payment service COD for Germany, Italy, Latvia, Austria, Spain and Hungary. We will ship your package as soon as possible after receipt of your order. You pay the invoice amount in cash to the postman upon delivery of the parcel. We charge the DHL standard fee of 6.67 € for these payments. This fee will be added to our shipping charges.
3. Credit card
Payments via credit card are fast, safe and simple. We offer credit card payment worldwide. We accept Mastercard and Visacard and do not charge additional fees. You can enter the credit card data directly after the order is completed on our website. However, we do not process and store your credit card data. The input and processing is made by a secure connection to our payment provider Heidelpay according to the most modern security standards. Orders with this payment method will be processed and shipped immediately. We process your payment with credit card using our payment service provider Stripe.
