Sonic Light is the new lightweight flat polyamide webbing with modern and comfortable design. Sonic Light has a very fine, round and soft edge design. We have placed special emphasis on safety, comfort and pleasant walking characteristics. Based on the webbing design of well known Unicorn, but using stretchy Nylon, we have implemented the same innovative edge design, which provides a distinctly noticeable softness. The so-called Soft-Cushion padding is located on both edges of the line and provides a significantly softer haptic under the sole of the foot. Soft Cushion also dampens the edge effect while catching the line. The onesided securing edge is very small and shifted. Accordingly you just won´t feel it at all, specially while walking on the yellow side. All in all, this offers a considerable comfort gain. Sonic Light is just a fluffy dream.
The 7-zone construction combined with the very fine fabric design guarantees high resistance to dirt and abrasion. The very moderate weight of 53 g/m together with a stretch of 7,5% at 5 kN ensures easy controllability and a lot of fun with dynamic movements like bounces and surfs. With a strength of 27 kN (MBS) a very good strength/weight ratio is achived. Sonic Light is the ideal slackline webbing for versatile highline activities. On moderate length its even a very fun line for longlining and waterlining.
Sewn end loops can optionally be ordered for the Sonic Light webbing. These end loops with the Aki Loop Booster principle (ALB) offer a quasi 99% breaking load efficiency on the Sonic Light (average breaking strength values around 27 kN).
The working load limit (WLL) is 5,4 kN, but this counts only in combination with Weblocks which guarantee a high breaking strength utilization (as Lynx 4 or Zilla 3). When using knots or even old chain link line lockers the WLL must be reduced accordingly significantly (<3 kN). As working load we understand the force in a slackline after tensioning when 1 person is standing still in the middle of the slackline. Sonic Light is suitable for a wide variety of length, but mostly in the range from 20 to 150 m very suitable.
Multi-Zone Design

Sonic Light is based on the famous Landcruising Unicorn webbing design and is the evolution of the successful and proven Landcruising Core 2 webbing with upgraded Soft Cushion Edge.
Soft Cushion Edge
The fine-woven and round edge, softly padded with a special elastic and fluffy filling, remains soft and flexible when tensioned. This flatters your hands while catching and your feet while walking and turning.

The 100% polyamide yarns and a special treatment of Sonic Light offers a finely adjusted stretch of 13% at 10 kN), for more dynamic and stable play and fun.
Easy Pretensioning
Pretensioning in weblocks, no problem! The softness of the slackline benefits the effortless insertion and pulling through weblocks.
Anti-Twist-Colors
The updated well known Sonic color design is not only practical but chic! The two color design helps to recognize twists in the slackline and the gold yellow white side increases the visibility in poor light conditions.
Flexible und Soft
Sonic Light can be easily coiled, wrapped and knotted. The textile and soft touch simplifys packing and compression of the slackline and thus reduces the packing size.
PowerFab Design
The surface layers consist of a particularly fine and robust fabric construction. Thus Sonic Light feels very soft and even under the foot. PowerFab increases the abrasion resistance and reduces dirt intrusion. That increases the lifetime of the slackline.

Answer: Yes, we offer high quality and very strength efficient sewn end loops. Question: Is Sonic Light suitable for highlines?
Answer: Mind first our general note hat we officially do not sell slacklines for use in highlines, due to liability reasons and due to lack of standardization in the Slackline sport generally. Please note the priority of a safe setup, which requires a complete and fully functioning backup system. Highlining is a potentially dangerous sport and is always at your own risk and full responsibility.
